I wanted to take this opportunity to assure our clients and partners that Group RHI is carefully assessing the evolving situation and taking appropriate steps to serve our clients and keep our staff safe.
Group RHI is operational and open for business. Our staff is committed to serving you and that will not change. That said, we’ve implemented various responses to the virus concerns. Over the past several years our substantial technology investments have prepared us for events such as these.
Importantly, almost half our professionals already work remotely. They have the skills, tools and technology to perform their essential business functions without interruption.
Our offices are implementing procedures to reduce risk. Among these are following the CDC’s recommended guidelines to maintain a healthy workplace. As part of our business continuity planning, we’ve asked higher-risk staff to work from home and have implemented resiliency plans that allow us to continue to serve clients regardless of location.
We’ve elected to suspend all corporate travel, including in-person meetings. However, at times like these, communication is more important than ever. Every member of our staff is available for you, and they are equipped to meet via phone or video conference.
Our business continuity planning is strong and has been tested through various natural events over the years. Through each, we have worked together to continue operations and provide essential services to clients. We’re prepared to deliver that same exceptional service while protecting the health of our employees during this challenge.
Thanks for your continued trust as we collectively adapt to this rapidly changing environment. We will of course continue to heed direction given by governmental authorities and adjust our response accordingly going forward. We will do our best to continue to serve you with minimal disruptions.
